this isnt gonna be over in a month.

this is gonna continue for a bit and most likely will be a round 2 in the winter again if it is just gonna become another seasonal thing. nothing will be over until they are able to test more people and develop a good vaccine.

I was in the same predicament a couple of weeks ago. A bunch of my buddies were gonna meet and play golf. I backed out because it would have been hypocritical of me to tell my wife that she needs to stay home from work because of COVID and then I go out and take an unnecessary risk. I guess that is the moral dilemma, you give away your whining rights about others that don't follow the precautions as provided to us.

I should clarify I play golf by myself for the most part. If I go meet someone. It is only one other person that I know is being responsible and taking things seriously. I'd probably pass on a group of people that wanted to play. Seen at least one 7some on the course pretty much every round I've played :shakes head:

just check them for any dry rot and should be fine.

Agreed! I didn't put any hard miles on those tires either as I saved that kind of driving for the track.

A month or a year. The more people that just stay away from others all together will make the waiting time to be free again much quicker.

Those craft squares are tempting. I'm more inclined to go with the MCR glass replacement at this point as I structurally prefer the stock mirrors with my motor mounts.

With the way the trades are being treated with this going on You'll be fine. "Everyone else stay home but you guys keep going like nothings happening...and wash you're hands if you can." It makes no sense at all as 75% of what is going on is only essential to a few bank accounts. What I'm doing could wait a few months and no one would be hurt from it. They wouldn't have the new bin ready for harvest but they don't really need it. There are lot's of other ways to store a little overage if need be but it would be an inconvenience to the elevator.
Lots of other projects are going on that can wait a while. I was talking to the guy testing crete yesterday and he is out testing on pours for a college dorm that is not scheduled to open until 2024. We are working on **** we don't need spreading it around like nothing is happening. /rant

So go have a good round, drink one for me on the back nine and have fun:tiphat:

I'm not the biggest fan of my decision to go with the non locking version as Im constantly having to get out and adjust the passenger side mirror. Pisses me off when I bump it and I bump it way more than I thought I would. :icon17:
I personally couldnt go back to a giant oem style mirror housing though.

Haha, I grew up with thinking I was Mexican because of all my brown friends. I didn't know what store bought tortillas were until I was 11 and moved out of town!

Mexican I worked with in a kitchen restaurant back in the day showed us how to make a Black Mexican (similar to a Black and Tan). It's Dos XX with Guinness slow-poured on top. It wasn't even that bad :icon17:

You would be surprised at the visibility with the Craft Squares. I have Evo R that are half the price and they are not on the par of Craft Squares but I prefer them over OEM especially on the track.

Well sh́t... guess that's reason enough right there to order a new set with blue mirrors and locking :)

Is the locking function the TC-R option? I always wanted that option because it's for race application - didn't really know what it actually was tho lol

I hate that about my Evo-r as well. My only issue with upgrading to Craft Square is the cost because my car is a track car first now.

That makes no sense. Pay to play y0

My EVO-R set wouldn't even stay in position in the wind driving down the highway. Lein had to basically redo all the hardware when I sold it to him.

Get them now Baller! When you start paying for consumables you will think twice about bling upgrades. One stone away from damage to a set of $750 mirrors! Hell my first set of mirrors someone snapped them of at the base for chits and giggles. The car was on my open trailer in a hotel parking lot the night before a track day.
