Seems like he's ok. If he legitimately had COVID-19, then he is one of the lucky ones that gets a mild case and recovers quickly. The trainee who had worked with him still has nothing, but is remaining quarantined. Neither myself nor the other inspector in my department have any symptoms, although that could have been a byproduct of the two of us having been way more isolated.

Of course, as I pointed out to my manager yesterday, we'd never know until it was too late. Our AC system could be circulating the virus throughout the rear offices even now. With the delayed onset of symptoms, any day we could see the number of cases skyrocket. It's frankly amazing that we've got as many workers as we do without any confirmed cases of the virus.

Remember to socially distance other cars with wild acceleration. I expect you to carantine them severely.

PS - it's easier with a turbo kit. You'd know that if you'd just buy one.

I was on active duty, so yeah, I remember them. Some of the folks I went to high school with got lost in 80s and are now part of the 'tinfoil hat' brigade. I had to tell one to quit contacting me, he was firmly convinced that the government was spraying us with psychotropic drugs via commercial airliners....:gtfo2:

Well, me for one. The VA tried to load me up with several different antidepressants right after I retired. I took the scripts, researched the side effects and shredded them. No thanks... :ugh2:

I have a buddy like that. He almost got killed when his track ran over an unexploded cluster munition. He thinks Coronavirus is a hoax, believes in chem contrails, etc...

We took PB tablets (nerve agent pre treatment pills), they were still experimental but the military was pretty weary of Sadams chemicals. Dosage was 1 every 4 hours. I shouldnt have taken them. Later studies showed some bad stuff caused by them. I look like this now: :icon14:
