Ahh 2 late. I'm going with Honest AC in RoundRock. (local) |
Fox news reported that the first person in Tampa, FL to have the coronavirus has fully recovered and medically cleared by the dept. of health. I know a lot of people are eeire about clicking on a link on the interwebs, so if you google search "Kaelyn Sheedy coronavirus", the story should pull up. She's a 29-year old who visited northern Italy and came back with the virus, and this was I believe approx. 2.5 weeks ago. She's actually quite a hottie.

Got the backyard finished up before dark and got to the grocery store before they closed. Plenty of milk and IPAs and IBCs left. No pizza or bread or TP. Minimal meats and cheese and other stuff. Got some snacks and candy for game night tomorrow. Caught several people giving me odd looks after eyeballing the contents of my cart lol

Most people I know don't believe anything Trump says. I've only spent a couple of days in UK and only in London but you Brits seem like decent folks to me. Y'all talk funny but that's coming from someone with a strong Southern accent. :) |

From the WSJ: "Deutsche Bank said gross domestic product could shrink 24% in the eurozone and 13% in the U.S. in the second quarter on an annual, seasonally adjusted basis—declines that would be the biggest in recorded history."

I know we have a lot of fun here. And I'm part of it more often than not. But I've never in my life seen the Editorial page of the Wall Street Journal use italics in their musings and I feel obligated to share it here:
The government needs to act to prevent the liquidity panic from becoming a solvency rout that becomes a banking crisis.* I'm not trying to sow panic or discord but the immediate financial situation is worse than post-Lehman 2008. No one knows where the market bottom is here. Every investment entity is hoarding cash. Many solid companies may become insolvent and fail due to current conditions. The free market is in free-fall and the only advice I have is pay incredibly close attention to what is occurring. Our nation is in a very precarious state right now.
