As soon as my contract is up I will. My mom has been bugging me to move to Az. She has a 4bd house, that she lives alone in, so if we do move, I wont be stressed to find a new place right away. The job market in Az is crazy. I spoke to a few people whose companies have very high turn over because there are so many jobs available.Plus, the puppy loves it there.

Theres also new houses going up not too far from here starting in the 300's. Might look into that too. I still have my VA home loan.

Morning fellas! Back at my desk, missing the vacation routine a bit. Came back to a wee bit of devastation - looks like we had a wind storm. Both wife and I were gone, neighbors were kind enough to text us and give us a heads up so we had a crew on site to remove them as of Saturday afternoon, and my driveway is now clear again...

Bummed to lose the trees though. I'll need to do some research on replacements.

I hate loosing trees and we’ve lost a lot, had the emerald ash borer come through about 15 years ago and wiped out all the ash trees and now there’s some fungus making its way into the oak trees

That's what killed the first tree to fall in my picture. Massive ash. We've got a LOT on my property, and I'm preparing to take them all down (including one that is just flat out enormous and critically is right behind my garage)

Picked the Miata from the shop on Saturday. I had some work done because of a crank sensor failure. The found low compression in the number 1 cylinder so the heads were reworked. So I needed a tune. Well money well spent. This time last year she dynoed at 118 which is not bad but she did 148 this time. That is huge in a 2500 lbs car. Can't wait for this weekend of two fun filled days a Chuckwalla Valley Raceway.

Thanks, we are going to have a big time! It is fun event because it is a joint event AZ NASA and SoCal NASA with AZ hosting the event. Lots of cars to have fun with.

5" of snow the other day. Now 3 days of rain. Don't even want to walk through my yard. It's a bit swampy. :icon14: The ground hasn't really frozen this winter. I'm just hoping that all this water has a good chance of soaking the ground really good. My yard dried out and cracked in July last year.

New tool day ladies. For those of you that like good cheap tools there is a 20% off coupon on all icon tools at hazard fraud. Good till months end. I had a 3/8 flex head($39.99) that got recalled so I swapped that out and got all this for under $70. If you want a back up set of decent wrenches or sockets take advantage of the coupon before it's gonehttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...47bbc822d4.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...6e6c014f6e.jpg
