I’m feeling the need to do a “Mays”
Wind up a fat boy & look for cloud nine

Went to Kroger early this evening and it was like a regular Saturday, nothing crazy but they were out of aZZ wipe ( expected ) but also out of chicken and burger. They had plenty of pork chops and steaks and they even had some bottled water on hand. Just my little survey ;)

Stopped at Burger King-on the way home and got me a slopper :yum:

Went to Texas Roadhouse. Had a good steak. :yum:

Went from Texas roadhouse to Home Depot. Picked some seeds for the garden and a starter kit.

From there to Wally World. :icon14: To pick up a couple of things. TP, paper towels GONE. Beef, pork, chicken GONE. Any long term storage foods like pasta, beans, rice GONE. Cleaning supplies with bleach GONE. A lot of the shelves are empty. Seen a worker pulling a cart with TP on it going to the aisle for it. Before he got there. The cart was empty. :shakes head:

Who says this virus is bad for the economy. The stores are just getting rid of their old stock.

A family in Australia ordered 48 rolls of TP. 48 cases showed up. Dad figures it will take the family 12 to 15 years to use it up.

I hope Zday wont be cancelled because of this as they already cancelled the 12 hrs of Sebring next week which Im supposed to go.

This would not surprise me a bit if they are holding out on an existing vaccine until they can start making a huge profit.

And if major sporting events, major theme parks (including Disney), major events are cancelled/closed, ZDay will def. be cancelled lol.

Not here. Restaurants/eateries are bare, even on Friday/Saturday nights. But this should go without saying. People are scared about getting this virus, but going to public places with lots of people gathering? That's like someone saying I don't want to get cooties, but let me bang this prostitute unprotected, hoping not to get anything.

I unlocked the hubs on the front axle of my truck on Thursday. Figure I don't need 4wheel drive now. I got 3" of snow sitting on the ground right now. And it's still coming down. :icon14: Tomorrows high is 50F. :icon14:

The scaffold is only 6’ & my folding ladder is 8 :icon14:
Roofline of building is 13’ This should be interesting :iagree:

Get another baker, they stack. They have outriggers for them too. Better to do it safe, ladders suck.

jchammond 03-15-2020 06:00 AM

Heck; I could put the ladder on top of the scaffold :bowrofl:

Leingod 03-15-2020 06:02 AM

Can't wait to spend my whole day Sunday just sleeping because the dipshyts in India can't solve the damn issue we are having with their own freaking software.

-ZS-Carpenter 03-15-2020 06:04 AM

Some of these would be faster but I demand video :rofl2:

Yea it's an add on, so is the handrail. I've never used them but it's an option if it's too shaky for you. It should be fine since your platform height will only be 8' or so.

Good Sunday Morning All. Had a great day yesterday with the Mrs getting out and about enjoying the day. Not much on the list for today except trying out luck at the food king to get a few things. They have better have STEAKS or there will be trouble. Enjoying coffee this morning and getting caught up on things other than that hope you all have a great Sunday and be safe out there!!

Leingod 03-15-2020 06:52 AM
