:iagree:
I’m bout to brew some coffee as well; with pusky by my side-no banjo strumming at the door :icon17:

jchammond 03-09-2020 04:49 AM

I’m feeling the need for a shot of cortisone in my left shoulder :icon14:
About 7-8 year’s ago, said to have a slight tear in the labrum muscle group :ugh2:
Don’t know why; but I thought it would heal up by itself :icon08:
Dr gave me a huge shot of cortisone then, with what looked to be a horse needle
Went straight down in the joint-as tears rolled down my face :wtf2:
Man that was a painful shot :shakes head:
After not reading the paperwork on what to do afterwards; ended up with a cortisone flare :icon14::ugh2:
I didn’t know I was supposed to be moving it around & held my arm as if it were in a sling
Ended up using my right hand to pick it up & pull it around :ugh2:
Felt like it was gonna broken off :shakes head:
But it finally loosened up after a couple weeks & felt brand new for 5-6years
Lately, overhead work is causing a little discomfort at times :nutswinger:
So a phone call to the shoulder Doc is on the list :iagree:

Good morning Z freaks :hello:
It was gorgeous here yesterday and supposed to be again today :happydance: got the back yard cleaned up after some carb work on the back pack blower, going to nail off the front yard today.
On the Z front, I removed the cover :rofl2: when the temps get a little more consistent I’ll do deep detail and it will be ready to :driving:

someone needs to keep an eye on me on sunday funday from now on lol

i finally decided to put on the paddle shifter extensions i bought for the GTR. tops wouldnt click in 100% and both backs cracked a piece off when i removed to refit them.

messaged the company, got no answer, msgs were read, and they were posting in GTR groups for sale ads.

out of anger bought a set from the competition at a slight discount.

hour after that first company sent msg that they were sending me another set.

sooooo now i kinda have 3 sets of these things lol i superglued the backs the cracked off of the first set.

bright side: the GTR and Z use the exact same paddles sooooo these also work on my Z.

Guy wants to buy used suspension bits. Said his friends didn't recommend purchasing because there might be something wrong with them and you won't find out until you install them.

Why is he telling me this? Don't buy them if you're scared. I asked him if his concern was regarding used parts then why is he in the market for used parts. He still wants them apparently

Can someone tell me the easiest way to install push nut washers? Is there a special tool needed? I tried to use a socket on an extension and I cant hold the back side of the bolt enough to push the washer. Tried vice grips.. c clamps...

They are this type
https://www.google.com/imgres?imgurl...ce=sh%2Fx%2Fim
I dropped both washers and had to Amazon prime some new ones.

Yes, there is a tool to help install them. Oops, I thought you were talking about something else. Not sure on these.

You're a sucker. Working hard and all. Try slacking off like those kids. Maybe you'll get a few days off :icon17:

The kids start at 7. I only got 2 hrs with them. Then it's Roy's turn. He's the one that fired the the two.

I'm playing catch-up from the morning. Seems like everyone and their brother showed up today.

Getting them off was easy. Getting them on... I kept dripping them into the Zs frame. Recovered one... dropped it again.

How do you get them back on? It goes onto a bolt in a linkage joint so I cant hold the back of the bolt enough to get enough pressure on the push washer.
