I only made a few orders with them, but pretty much every time something was messed up with it. And it only got worse over time. Failed parts from a poor design rushed to market. Poor attitude regarding customer service. One time they offered me a free Z1 mouse pad in response to a problem I had. Come to find out on the final $600 invoice, they charged me $20 for the mouse pad. I didn't even bother complaining about it. I simply stopped buying parts from them. Now I try to buy everything from Joe at ZSpeed.

I haven't had a problem with them. When I first got my Z. I ordered most of my stuff from them. Now I shop around more.
