Engine hoist is already on the purchase list for the garage, so I may have one by then. If not, I'm not worried.

three of us lifted the runway into place so it wasnt too bad.

Why did you guys get 4 post lifts? They are so limited on what you can do and use them for. Do they make you nervous or something?

It's coming alright. In 2120. And it will look like a Bricklin. :driving:

Yea, I would go with a twin post if I got one.

Created an extra parking space for me. Plus the slope of the garage floor and the cuts for expansion joints would have put the two post lift supports too close and would risk cracking and pulling out the bolts.

What is something that a two post can do that the four cant? I can get all the wheels off the runways without issue.

Simple, try dropping the motor out the bottom of the car. Doing suspension work those dang planks are in the way. You can do it but it would be a pain in the butt. Drop the rear subframe out of the car. With a 2 post you have total access to underneath the car to do anything. Not so with a 4 post. If you have ever used a 2 post, the 4 post would have never been an option. Store a car? Someone needs his own garage.
