The New "What did you do with your Z today" (with off topic replies) XXXIII

Those ridges. On either side of the weights. Were definitely not there before. They are on all 4 wheels. Being as I'm 1500 miles away from home I'd really appreciate anyone explaining what these are and how bad it is

I'm going with they where there. Pretty sure my sport Ray's have them as well.

They may have not been there. I have had that same thing happen on my Z and my Miata. I only happens to one wheel. I need to check which side it is on. I am pretty sure it is the passenger rear side. I am thinking it happens when bottom out. The grove seems to hit a certain depth and doesn't get any bigger. And this as happened on new wheels that I purchased as well!

I just said **** it. It is cosmetic and because racecare!

They have been there he whole time. You just didn't notice them.
