Brother in law is a housing inspector out there. Said the cheapest house he has looked in the last year was around 400,000. And that was a started home.

My best friends parents have a house in the Silicone Valley. Modest 4 bdrm, ~2k-3k sqft, 40 year old house...alot of their neighbors sold for 1mil+.

I think the whole thing with weed is stupid.
I would rather deal with someone stoned than somebody who has a fifth of Jack in him.
Legalize it.
Tax the hell out it.
Use some of the money to go after narcotics like Meth, Heroin and Fentanyl.

My brother lives in San Fransisco.They moved there in late 70s so his wife could be closer to her folks.
Bought house for $225,000 in late 70s.
That was a lot.
The live in San Fransisco proper which is not that big.House valued today at 4 million.
House down the street that was in rough shape sold for 3 million.New owners then tore it down and built new house.

Not terrible. Illinois gas tax doubles next year. And there's sales tax on top of that, bc it makes sense to tax a tax..

So the car is on the ground and it runs with no scary noises :happydance:

It is actually quieter than it was before, by a lot. I only let it run a couple min but I hear nothing out of the clutch or trans. I know i put both of them back in:ugh2: and maybe the chatter will come once the hydraulics are done but it sounds way better than it did before tore into it. 1 good day to get the pedal and cmc installed and adjusted she will be rolling:happydance::driving:

Went through the Power Wagon. Getting it ready for this weekends 4 wheeling. :driving: Had to replace both sway bar end links. The one end was a SOB!. :shakes head: Had to use a cut-off wheel and cut the stud on it. Got 2 NAPA end links. Both sides are the same part number but look a little different. The factory end links are $140.00 each. The NAPA ones was $16.00 each. The NAPA ones are not as strong as the factory ones. :shakes head:
