Gotta have room to move around...may build a launchpad someday.

One of my property lines is just over 900’...could build an 1/8th mile track

I always figured moving south would be great, get out of these godforsaken Chicago winters... never really thought through that that means year-round yardwork.

Very true. Has to be healthier - EPA's last air quality study showed the air in Chicago was 17% bullets.

I think I ordered the steak for the wedding dinner tonight.... Debating between either a few martinis or some neat old fashions as well.

Go with the Martini

90 grams Hindrick's gin.Room temperature.
18 grams Noilly Prat dry vermouth cold.
Ice
olives
Cold as you can get it Martini glass.

Combine gin and vermouth in 2 cup measuring glass.

Fill measuring cup with ice and stir non stop for 90 seconds.

After you have commingled the alcohol and ice for the 90 seconds with your non stop stirring add 30 grams water.Stir 10 more seconds.

This will strectch the ice and soften gin.

Strain into ice cold Martini glass.Make sure not to get ice shreds into glass. Garnish with an olive.

Warning-These things pack a wallop.
