I use to be into the lifting for about 20-25 yrs off & on...my upper arms use to be a bit 19.25-19.5” cold; but could pump them up just over 20’s :eek:

Yesterday worked on a Freightliner Dumptruck, Bobcat skidsreer, Cat Backhoe & finished up on old Ladder truck w/60 series Detroit :ugh2:

I was a pro canoe racer for many years in Michigan and had me some fair sized forearms and a good taper to my torso.

I’m gonna have to gradually start doing some kinda working out soon; hopefully this insurance drama will end & I can trim my hours back to 9’s or 10’s Max w/ZERO weekends :tup:

Don’t have a lift yet; but after I have my garage built w/tick concrete...gonna get a nice one with all the attachments.
