I’d agree about 8 hrs is about right. |
I will not be selling the Stillen brake duct kit. Found out a few things and will be using the Stillen backing plates again.
I did the driver side with the stock plate. Found out that it flexed a lot when turning the steering wheel to the left. The 3" hose would push the plate into the rotor. The stock backing plate is .032" thick and has an offset of 3/16". The Stillen backing plate is .039" thick and an offset of 5/16". So the Stillen plate is 1/8" farther away from the rotor and is a little stiffer. So I modding the Stillen plates for the 3" hose. |
Got some more work outside done today & Looking to come off some bills this upcoming week for a new “Rabbit-Hole”.....:wtf2:

Not sure what the weather was where all you guys are at, but it was pretty dang nice at my house today. Took Mrs Spoiler out for a three hour boat ride and then we set out back to see the sunset...

Got the right side 3" brake hose done. Boy, that's a tight fit. Had to oval the hose for tire clearance right above the sway bar. Tomorrow, I will have the left side done.
