Had to do the same stuff when I had the 3" hose upgrad done. They used the Stillen spindle and made better hose attachments. The driver's side had to be squished to avoid tire rubbing. The you shouldn't have any issues with the passenger side.

Sounds like I am done for when I do my brake duct install. Ugg, not good.

I had to oval the hose on both sides for tire clearance. In the same spot. The driver side is almost a straight shot from the inlet to the coilover. The passenger side was a little harder. Had to go around the washer reservoir. The splitter makes to easier to route the hose because it sits a little lower then the wings on Zspeed under tray.

If you can make a low profile 90deg elbow at the ducts. Have them turned to the outside. Then the hose. Think you could be fine. You will need about 7ft per side. I used little over 5ft per side. The orange hose is stiffer then the black, but has a higher temp rating.
