I've got a DigDig. Half husky and half german shepherd. He's very judgmental of people because he knows he's prettier than most. Awkwardly shy when chewing bones and hates having his photo taken.

I had me one of them "high-octane" hounds and he was pretty fun.. 14 and a half years he got up and ate bacon for breakfast with me.

His name was Buzz, he would poop in the yard and then clean up after himself.. you couldn't ask for a better pooch.. :ugh2:

Used to have a cat named Buzz.He loved to fetch beer bottle caps.I would crack open a beer, toss the cap a few feet and he would bring it back and drop it at my feet.:icon17:

We have a tabby. For some reason the phone won’t open my photos.

FPenvy 03-07-2019 11:34 AM

very nice animals everyone. except the cats.......hate cats typically lol

i want an irish wolfhound. just love those dogs.

JLarson 03-07-2019 11:54 AM

Ugh, cats. Soulless little antichrist offspring, leaving their gifts of allergenic dander throughout the house.

Not a fan, will never own.

Our cat just got pushed on us from my useless sister. I don't have the heart to see an animal go back to a shelter or worse so we took her in. Howls every night like some demonic entity. Doesn't do the affectionate purring or cuddling. Prefers to soak up all the heat from the vents during winter. But she is very good at catching mice. Haven't had a cat that was as stalkish as ever when they are roaming around the basement.

and if you didnt know Pittsburgh hosts the biggest furry convention every summer and trust me it is great people watching lol

take a half day go downtown and have lunch out on a patio somewhere near the convention center. it's a great time just drinking and watching whats going on :bowrofl:

I was at the airport a couple years back. Watched them coming off the planes. :rofl2: They would head into the restrooms and get changed into 2nd skin. :icon14:

They don't use the toilet. They have litter boxes in the hotel rooms.

i do want a bit outlandish type of dog though could be interesting lol

sadly any big dog sheds and they will never go in any of my nice vehicles so car events they will be home lol

If you are away from home a lot. Don't get a dog. We have to plan on either getting a sitter or taking both dogs to a kennel if we are gone for any length of time. When we go in the motorhome. They come with us.

That's the place where crazies can hide in plan sight. They can all dog pile on one person and make up crazy stories, etc. They can even make up stories and post on their FB page that nobody pays attention too. Then they can make up more stuff and post again, essentially talking to themselves. It's nuts.

That's what I love about this forum... you get to read things you'd never read anywhere else. For example, "annual trip to Canton". :rofl2:

lots of good golfing in Ohio.

it was a trip started by my buddy's grandfather, then his father has continued it, and i'm sure in some years my buddy will take over the trip. kinda cool seeing it being a generational thing. you got the older guys down to us even though we are now all early 30s but were early 20s when we started going.

Pay Spooler no mind, he's late 50s or early 60s.

I just started getting grays in my goatee at 36. The rest of my hair remains untouched (lucky for me I guess, 2 of my younger brothers are silvering in their mid 30s).
