...just received the official offer on my house for over asking price and buyer to pay all closing. I can live with this deal.

Taking tomorrow off. Taking Jake to the vet for his shots in the morning. Then to the TSA office at Pittsburgh airport in the afternoon to get our Pre Approvals. It's good for 5 years. We're flying out to Las Vegas the end of the month for a long weekend.

Hey Red. I literally just stumbled upon this via Facebook. It seems to good to be true as long as you'd be fine with a base model.

Like I said. To good to be true. Then again, Syracuse isn't home to the brightest of people.

Thanks. I looked at the pics and on the 5th one it appears to look like rust on the lower rear section of the wheel well. I'm not totally opposed to a base but I'd prefer to get at least a sport. Also, at this stage I don't know if I have the motivation to start from scratch again, I've been looking more towards going with a tt in my area so I can take it to my builder and Seb for a thorough going over.

On night shift. We looked through the WHOLE urban dictionary to find words and phases. And we would use those in our company e-mails to one another. Management even got some of them too. :rofl2: A couple even made it to one VP of our section.:icon14: Chuck paid us a visit one time and ask to know the meaning of a couple of the words and phases in front of everyone at the plant. We told him. :icon14: He had tears in his eyes from laughing so hard. For a VP. Chuck was a really great guy. I would go to war for him.
