I remember my basic cmdlets and auto tasks I did. But apparently this place uses Linux so a lot of my PS knowledge is already out the window. Been reading up on different distros they may be using as well. For sure, this'll be tricky.

I think my best course of action will be to state my general knowledge of IT and slight lack of Linux skills, but put a lot of emphasis on my willingness to learn, gain experience, and take on a whole new role.

Trans fluid arrived today. Waiting on diff and brake fluids. Gonna buy some Nissan coolant, also.

On the docket: oil cooler, brake ducting, SPL FUCAs, ARC coolant reservoir w/ catch cans, fluid flushes (coolant, engine, trans, diff, brake). Battery replacement, too, apparently since I installed the horn wrong :o ... good thing it's under warranty :rofl2:

Just a couple of things.

Did you get the drywall patched in the living room?

Yes. The wall and most of the ceiling has been patched and mudded. Two ceiling patches still need mud. And it all still needs to be sanded, textured and painted. But I haven't been willing to remove the TV and speakers to take the time to do that lol

I was going to redo a couple of low voltage passthru for the PC/tv but I remembered how much I hate mudding and sanding. :icon17:

I had paid professionals complete a $30K kitchen job in basically 4 weeks. But I can't take care of a few hundred dollars worth of wiring and patching a few holes on my own in less than 3 months. And you know what ... I'm ok with that :rofl2:

What I did was ended up sliding my TV 3 inches to the right so it covered up the passthru so I dont see it anymore. Fixed! :icon17:
