Oh and don’t take the responsibilities without the pay increase or you’ll get fuct forever.

Totally agreed, with 1 caveat - if the increased responsibilities are skills you want to learn to transition to another job, it's worth the temporary pain to take them on. Just don't be afraid to market yourself elsewhere once you have those skills.

Yup. If they want to train you and not pay you for the new value, then you are free to take those talents to a competitor.

I was spoiled at my last job - 6/10ths of a mile. Now that was an awesome commute. But I sure do like making money!

I’m about 20 miles and it takes me 40-45mins both ways.

WTF makes it a ‘Nismo’ oil filter? Same engine, same filter. Of course I use the filter from the Pathfinder cuz it’s an inch longer.

the difference between the nismo filter and normal nissan filter is it flows better, filters better, and decreases chance of oil pressure loss.

just different internals im assuming without ever cutting them open.

i paid the $29 up charge on my first Z1 oil change kit because it was my new toy........that died quick when i was buying 2-3 extra quarts a change to make sure that 34 row oil cooler had enough juice in it lol

I actually didn't bring it up in the meeting they called with me and the other AP veteran. The other AP did and asked on my behalf and they said they might not be filling a lead position now, just regular working bee AP. I didn't ask because I feel like they just don't want me in the position. So yeah...

If you didn’t know this was a car forum, that could take on a completely different meaning.

Jesus. They're seriously making a sequel to the original ghostbusters. At least it'll have Bill Murray in it instead of the asinine remake they did.

You have a blowout ever day of the week. LOL What's new.
I would suggest some diatomaceous earth to clean yourself out.
Get the food grade. One tablespoon in a glass of water in the morning for at least a month.
It is also a diuretic so count on many trips to the bathroom for Number 1's.

it will also kill any bugs in his system, usually by slicing through the coating on the exoskeleton and drying them out from the inside.

It might kill him too. I suspect that he might be an alien. He's trying to blend in to the general population. For the most part he has. But has a problem with eating our food.

Three years ago I watch Talladega Nights for the first time with my best friend. We had a big time. A month later he was gone. So many good memories. I still miss that A-hole. LOL
