Ouch,,,that really sux :ugh2: I have 1 more week to burn before 4/01/19’...as my first week was at Zdayz & 2 weeks in Michigan (September & late November)...we also get 12-paid Holidays & 5-sick/personal day’s...37 paid days off a year isn’t too bad :ugh2::ugh2:

Used to get 200 vacation hours and 520 sick hours a year. The sick hours was a combination of sick and short term.

Last month. We was 10F below normal. This month is off to a good start too. Not. :shakes head:

I used 10-weeks of short term after the accident,,,but depending how you set up your % on insurance renewal...could be 50,60 or 70% of your base pay.
I had the 50% selected/as it was free & paid by our company.

Didn’t mention that I scored a “goose egg” on tool truck yesterday,,,I usually try & get something that i need vs. something desired....but ended up with (0) :icon14:

But on a side note; I pulled a “Hat Trick” yesterday,,,making it 3dayz in a row with ice cream :yum::yum::yum:

Down to 26* w/4mph breeze & 99% humidity...says it feels like 19* :eek::eek:
