sadly, the ground didnt thaw as fast as i wanted last night and i didnt want to start marinading at 2am......so i'll start it when i get home.

i usually butcher my own with my cousin who is amazing at it. he was not available this year so i paid $90 and did zero work minus the gut and drag lol
