It's amazing how hard it is to find just beef fat in stores. Same with beef bones. My area really does suck if you're even remotely competent in cooking things outside of Italian dishes. Forget about finding dill.

For the most part. Closest major city is an hour away. Syracuse. Just not a lot of diversity here.

Jesus. Clarks has a wicked good sale going on. Got a pair of normal low rise boots for $35 and an amazing pair of leather winter boots for $100. Normal price is $175.

Within a 40 mile radius, we are 90% filled with Italian, then Bosnian, then polish.

To put it in better perspective. The only things that survive here are pizza shops, generic Italian restaurants, Chinese restaurants, rite aids, and car dealerships.
