Now if it has lights, it's still white to white, but it's usually blue and black from the fan to the black wire in the house. :ugh2:

When all else fails, read the instructions with the fan.... :stirthepot:

I was trying to hook up the black and blue to black. The way my grandfather wired the house is really weird. Took some thinking but I did finally get it going Saturday night. The electrician came out and put a piece of tape on the wrong bundle of wires which is what really slowed me down. Lol

With Topgunz A2A the SC isn’t a bad option anymore. It all comes down to what you are looking for in a power curve. If you just want to keep the factory power distribution but move it up 150-200whp, go SC. Me, I’m a turbo guy. I want my torque on demand and then nothing if I’m just cruising.

Probably will not go that route, although RT Tuning was selling a used FI TT kit for around 9k... That did pique my interest briefly.

Exactly why the internal debate is raging. SC is easier, single is more fun.

Already running a SouthBend Stage 3 clutch and CMAK - I knew I'd be going this way at some point.

i just have seen the kit and seen what it can do. to me it is just the best made and best looking kit. plus i hear way less stories about any install issues on that vs the other options.

just my :twocents:

Five years of pounding mine on stock internals before a significant issue. I hope to find out if the motor is toast this week. I spoke with Seb on Friday and we talk about possible upgrades for my turbos. Seb is not a fan of the FI stage 2 turbos and said the stage 2.5 are definitely the way to go if you want more power than stage 1.

Definitely has a great rep, but it's overkill for my needs (and even for my desires). That much torque coming on that abruptly would probably do me in! Gotta work my way in gradually. Giggity.

Sasha’s kit is pretty easy to install. The difficult parts are shared with any SC install (mainly fuel).

Rusty 12-03-2018 08:52 AM

With FI. Our options are becoming better and better now. Twins, Single turbos, 2 different supercharger set ups. And we got some hard numbers for each now. So the decision gets harder on which one.
