This morning's project is researching packaging standards, and taking a few of our parts in new boxes to drop them off of things. This is one of those days where my job pleases me. I'll let you know how well our custom foam packed boxes do after being flung from the 2nd story of our building!

FOR SCIENCE!

I floofed again

Rusty 06-08-2018 09:37 AM

Nothing like having a mouse running across the bed sheets last night at 4 in the morning on the house boat. That woke me up. :icon14:

JLarson 06-08-2018 09:46 AM

Captains log 6/8/2018: Unfortunately, the packaging has proven robust and subject is undamaged, even after being repeatedly launched at high speeds from a 60" surface. Multiple impacts, even on a corner, were insufficient to cause harm. Will try again from greater height.

Prepare compression testing with the forklift...

I'm pleased to report that Subject #2 proved vulnerable to repeated falls from 58".

I made sweet and spicy shrimp with rice noodles tonight. The pics you posted yesterday made me hungry for seafood.

All those meals were purchased with the company CC....now back to reality!

BoneZ 06-08-2018 08:16 PM

Ended up getting filet mignon at this local steak joint. Not Chinese, but still made my tummy happy.

BoneZ 06-08-2018 08:19 PM

Mrs. BoneZ got behind a <2013 Nismo and said, "Oh is that the spoiler you like? That looks nice on the Z. If you want, order that and that Nismo exhaust for your Father's Day gift from us."

Score. :happydance:

BoneZ 06-08-2018 08:20 PM

I'll still need to get the Swifts, but I need to re-pour my driveway first so I can get it on the road.

Roger that.

I'm looking at the pics from Ghh0st's install here.

My only concern is that black shmegma squishing out from the bottom. Wondering what that is.

I know. I ordered 2 in case the first one gets damaged during install.

That car has so much down force. It will take 500hp just to get it to 100 mph.
