My neighbor used to fool around with the lady across the street and swears by her acupuncture. I might go see her. For acupuncture...

Probably won't be good enough for my tee time on Sunday though :(

I hung up gold because of my lower back. I also do a specific exercise program just to keep it from controlling my life. Hopefully what you’ve got it a pinched nerve or something and won’t have any lasting effects.

I'm not even sure it was a pinched nerve. Just a strained muscle. I've already recovered most of my stretching range again.

Neighbor had a serious back injury and elected to have surgery, which didn't fix anything (made it worse, really). He then tried acupuncture and hasn't had an issue in 10 years now. I've talked with him about it in detail. She definitely knows what she's doing.

My voodoo doctor that basically cured my cluster headaches (if you don’t know what that is be very very thankful) once told me that you should never have back surgery. The only time it should be considered is if you are losing bodily functions.

The highest I've seen was 260F before I turned the pump on. That was driving at 80 mph for 4 hours on my way to ZDayZ this year. :driving:

Gotcha, I am using Motul 75w140 so not quite as thick but still pretty dang stiff.

Had a very interesting morning. All techs were scheduled for a tour of our POP location. So me and 2 other techs arrive a few minutes early and just hang out by the corner waiting to get access.

I turned around and watch a 2 year old jump out of a moving minivan followed by this large lady jump out of the drivers side to attempt and save the kid. This was followed then by the 3 year old also jumping out of the van. The woman pushes the kids onto the sidewalk and proceeds to then chase after the van as it proceeds to go down a small incline. She proceeds to get run over by the van as it then crashes into the front of a church. Fun times...

You need a real doctor, not a chiropractor. Some physical therapy, walking will help your back. An orthopedist doctor is your best choice.

I realize chiropractors are doctors of joints, not muscles. But a lot of back pain can be linked directly to joint issues. Bad chiropractor tried to prescribe me pills. Good chiropractor basically recommended PT - he sent me some stretches to do.

Sounds good but if you need a local ortho I can provide you names of 3 that are excellent from prior experience.

Who knows. He might end up staying there. He might get hooked up with one of those northern women and fall into heat.

With the thick stuff. I don't want to put to much of a strain on the pump.

Someone is selling a Z1 upper plenum for $350. If I bought it, would Seb need to retune me?

To take full advantage of it, yes.

I should email him and see if he would make some quick tweaks since he finished my tune back in May.
