Im creating a filter for the domain to quarrantine emails with potty mouth words.... Got the list of words/phrases from an executive here. I cant help but laugh like a prepubescent kid reading some of these words and phrases...lol

i want that job lol

actually it's funny on xbox i've been banned for chat stuff here and there so my friends said i would be the ideal person for a job to monitor that. my responses back would be worse than what people sent lol just destroying kids for weak jokes that got flagged :bowrofl:

I found a kit on amazon that already has a plug end built and just need to connect the three wires. I have a 220 outlet right next to it already for the big air compressor. I have another small compressor I can use for the air locks on the lift. It'll work until he can get here next wed.

My way of thinking is that you should do the suspension, brakes, tires and everything else first before going FI. This way you are not playing catch-up with the new power.

The 2 people you mention. Pick one. The nut behind the wheel needs adjusted. Lack of ability, over zealous, overconfident, young, dumb, full of crap. Blaming their shorts comings on something else. The list goes on.

On this subject. I've worked with a lot of people over the years. Some wasn't worth the dynamite to blow their azz to helll. Others, you couldn't give them enough praise. You have to find out what motivates people and use that to your advantage. Some, it's a pat on the back, and they will kill for you. Others, you have to threaten physical harm just about to get them to move. :shakes head:

Actually tomorrow will be the party day (football game at 11 am). Tonight I will probably work on detailing the Lexus or something random with the Z.

EW and I got the come along hooked up on the hydraulic cylinder end and popped that bitch free! after that a little air and the piston moves freely. What a relief. I got the hydraulic fluid reservoir filled and the air fittings installed. Cables are ran through all the sheaves. Now it is just wire it up, take the slack out of the lines and make sure they dont slip off the sheave and it should raise up and lock into position. :rock:

You should spend some time working in a power plant. :eek::rofl2: Everything there is designed to kill you. :eek: Had a contractor get hit with 4160 volts. :eek::eek::eek: He never touched anything. The power jumped about 3ft through the air. I've been hit 3 times with 480 volts. Had acid and other chemicals sprayed on me from broken equipment. :rofl2: Had one worker drill through a concrete wall right into 7,000 volt line. :eek: That let the smoke out of the drill. :rofl2:

Im ok, thanks. Ive seen enough idiots in the machine shops. I went back to my trade center and helped with student questions and watching students set up mills, lathes, grinders ect. One kid kept talking in class and not paying attention to instructions. he was on a lathe and his baggy, untucked shirt got caught in the threading spindle on the lathe. :eek: It wound up and he fought back and *POOOF*! Just like superman, the shirt split in two and he fell backwards. He had friction burns on his shoulders. He was lucky he didnt get ****** up.

I've seen chit like that happen a lot of times. Had one guy with long hair in a pony tail get scalped. Hair got caught in the lathe. Pulled the scalp right off the top of his head. No more long hair. Seen the aftermath pictures of a worker getting his safety harness caught in the 30" diameter coupling of a steam turbine/generator. His harness got caught and drug him in and spun him around at 3600 rpm for an hour before they could shut it down. :eek::eek::eek:
