Stormin' like a meth head on a bender here. Power is out but thank the heavens comcast service is still running

Got to my exit and all the traffic lights were dark. Drove past the 24 hr gas station and that was pitch black inside. Natural gas generator was running when I pulled in. My server rack stayed up and running the whole time.

We will be getting your storms tomorrow then it sounds like. 60% chance today and 100% chance tomorrow. May not have golf league tomorrow with what they're predicting here.

I like that they use a Yellow Cobalt SS for one of the lifts. It's the older model supercharged version since it has the big chrome steelies and low profile wing. The later model SS's were turbocharged and made 260hp back in 2009. They had 5 spoke lightweight wheels, meshed grills, and an integrated boost gauge.

Hmm that'd sure be useful in my garage... I'd sure love not having to lie under my car all the time.

I just sold my two reel to reel decks. One was a TEAC A-2340R and the other was an AKAI 10" reel deck. :tiphat:

Here's the kicker... my gf said 'maybe we need to get a sound-system for the house'..... :icon14:

Jesus. And I am over here getting annoyed because I have to wait for Intels boot agent to load after the BIOS so my OS will load in udner 5 seconds afterwards from my nvme drive.

I have a post lift at the garage. Not as nice as the one you showed, but handles more weight. You are welcome to use it if I am around.

Why? So the keyboard can fail a month after use? Or PPbus3vHOT circuit fries itself because the contact had a single piece of dust land on it? I really love the soldered on RAM and SSD now. Or the $80 dongle needed to attach a basic USB stick.

madwi 06-27-2018 09:05 AM

There is open warfare between my wife and myself on this point. I hate macs; she insists on never using a PC. I did giggle when her last macbook video card died, taking the entire computer with it, since it was a part of her logic board.
