I think I'm mostly done gaming. I was given an Xbox One for helping a buddy wall mount his TV and run wiring in the wall. Turned it on to update. Haven't touched it other than that.

PC Gaming is the only kind I do. But I stick with titles like Total War: Warhammer II, or occasional forays into stuff like Dying Light with my siblings when they're around to play. Strategy and RPG tend to be the genres I favor considering my time is so limited these days. I was in Fallout 4 last night for a little while. Survival Mode is rough.

Leingod 06-22-2018 06:53 AM

Is it wrong that I sorta don't really care for FI's exhaust? It is starting to sound very generic to me. I liked my axle backs due to the low grunt and high pitched whine at high rpm's. The FI is just idk.... tame and middle of the ground for sound.

I may have to start looking into the meister or akra exhausts.

Never wrong, exhaust is totally subjective. Except fart cans on Honda's, those just sound bad! ;) What kind of HFC/test pipes are you paired with? I found that going to long tube headers made a huge difference in the sound of my FI setup.

Didn't you go with an 18" resonator too? That really muffles/tones down the sound. A lot.

You may be my new guinea pig. I am redoing Concord to be a big buildable settlement. I usually just end up making mods these days for my entertainment.

As for Fallout 76... I cant wait to get my **** wrecked by a 12 year old while he tells me he ****** my mom. :icon17:

Hah! You'll have to join my brother and myself. That way we can do the wrecking. I'm a firm believer in pre-emptive strikes. This is our wasteland. Everyone else can :gtfo2:

Resonated all around. Res HFC's and res 18in exhaust. I am the type of moron that found my axle backs to loud and drone-y, but with a phenomenal sound. Yet the FI is reserved, but rather high pitched. Idk. I haven't had the exhaust long. I need to give it more time.

Yeah see part of what you're dealing with is that your 18" resonators are cutting a lot of the low frequency, since that's where your "drone" comes from. If you get a chance to listen to one with and unresonated mid section, you'll hear a lot more of that low end come through, BUT you're going to deal with more cabin drone.

That being said, my personal favorite exhaust is still Motordyne. That's how an exhaust should sound. I just can't take that level of volume when paired with headers.

Did I mention that a 40x40x14 w/6” concrete,2 bay doors & 1 walk door,fully insulated,,,starts @40.....didn’t know concrete had escalated to 200/yd.

It cost me $26,000 for 50 yards including labor when I redid the driveway. 6" thick 5,000 psi, rebar, fiber reinforced. I park my 35,000 lbs motorhome on it. It hasn't cracked yet.

I need to give mine more time. It's only been on for about a month. LTH's will inevitable happen. So maybe I'll just wait for that day to arrive.

If I want the car to keep passing inspections and not be pulled over every 5 seconds by cops with nothing better to do, the cats stay.

Also, Rusty's car sounded great on the low end.

I have a PS3 that is gathering dust....:ugh2:

Most of the gaming I do (when I have time) is on the PC.:tup:

Mostly Skyrim (modded of course, but not by me) and EVE online.:tup:

Holy crap, I've been playing EVE for almost 15 years.... :ugh2: and I'm still broke... :rofl2::rofl2:

Hahah well if you want to pass inspections, LTH are probably not the way to go. Unless you get cats welded into the midpipe.
