my girlfriend, her mom, and julie's kids will be coming this year.. and we plan on having a stress free weekend..

my question for you, mr. leingod... when you're here, i hear you'll be supplying the food and drinks (I drink corona extra sir)... what will you be cooking?

mr. madwi will have the grill on standby..

Whatever beer you'd like I will grab on the way. I spoke with Mr. Madwi and will be picking up a few whole chickens to grill. Also getting amazing local homemade Pierogies. I also planned to bring tons of hickory pellets incase we wanted to smoke the chickens as well. I could grab ribs if you'd like. We shall eat like kings!

There is a grocery store about 1/2 mile from the house were we can grab whatever we need or want. I'll have a bunch of stuff too from the meat market.

Im trying to figure out how I could do it. But I wanted to try and cold smoke some ribs. We could then just throw them on the grill while we work. Just need to make sure they'd survive. 10 hour car ride.

Otherwise, I have no problems stopping by Madwis local Meijer and grabbing some ribs, steaks, chickens, and whatever else you guys would like. Same goes for beer for us, and Mt dew for Madwi.

It's seriously the least I can do and get for your guys help. So if anything else crosses your mind, just let me know.
