Spoiler 04-23-2018 08:47 PM

So my 18 yr old grandaughter is going to the prom with her boyfriend the end of next week. She sends me a text today that says “I know this really a long shot, but I thought I would ask. All of my friends will be driving really cool cars to the prom so I was wondering if I could borrow your Z for that one night”.

When I read the text I thought about how long of a shot that really was...

Her Dad is into 4x4s and got it for her to drive to school, but I think it is so he can then drive it also sometime.

Same Dad got the other grandaughter who just turned 15 yrs old a really nice Toyota 4Runner so she can learn to drive on her permit so she doesnt have to drive his new Dodge Quad cab 4x4 or his wife's (my daughter) nice BMW.

Man............the timer for me to give out reps is all screwed up. It keeps telling me that my 24 hr time isn't up. Gave out 8 reps last night, and for every night. Tonight, it let me give out one rep. :wtf: This is pissin' me off.

jchammond 04-23-2018 09:25 PM

Officially signed up for Zdayz 18',,,thinking of bringing a few parts to liquidate-but unsure how i'd look setting up shop.
I don't have to sell,,,but was a thought until i get another Z.
Short list was about 6 new PSS rear tires (2-305/30ZR19's & 4-325/30ZR19's)
Z1 cai w/upgraded race filters...(1 race filter slightly bent from crash).
I will post pics & prices if anyone interested is attending,,,as i don't want "Trip's" on my case.

Years ago. I let my nephew take my '78 Trans Am to the prom. Told him he had to wash and wax it. Clean the inside. I filled the tank up. Then told him he had to return the car the next morning the same shape as he received it. It cost him one stereo system (blew it out), one rim, and tire (ran over something), 6 hrs cleaning the puke out of the inside, and one rug (cigarette burns). My brother said that I have one shot at him. I about broke his jaw with the first swing. I took 3 swings at him. And hit him 3 times. That boy has a healthy respect for me now.

My Grandson likes to do 360s into curbs destroying his rims.Has done this twice.First time not sure how this happened. His Dad looked at his phone.Sent me Videos of him drifting and in some cases crashing. As long as it is not my car.Hard to be mad at him.I was even more wild when I was his age.Does anyone remember when we called drifting power sliding.
