That has to be a welcomed flight vs flying clear across the country twice a week.

Ordered a Fumoto drain valve. Still not 100% sold on it but I bought one. :icon17:

I love mine. They just take forever to drain.

eastwest2300 04-22-2018 09:05 AM

I got one on my infiniti, and I didnt think it was THAT bad... I have one for the Z, just waiting before zdayz to do an oil change and install it then.

My honey do list for today.

Install backer board in the bathroom. On the floor. Getting ready to install ceramic tile.

Cut the grass. Be the first cutting of the year. Some parts are 3" high, while others are 8" high. :shakes head:

Do bills tonight after dinner.

I said my farewell to my 2011 Z. My first Nissan it was a great reliable fun to drive car over the last 7 years but it was time for an upgrade. Got a new 2018 Camaro 1SS with a 6 speed. First V8 car I've owned and boy what an upgrade in the power department, if you compare the hp/tq curves b/w the two cars its night and day and you feel it in the seat too. Gas mileage rated for 15/25 mpg, same insurance rates, and more technology compared to by base-sport pkg: 8" touchscreen, dual power seats, bluetooth, apple car play, android auto, tpms with actual pressure readings for each tire, backup camera, onstar, 4g lte wifi hotspot, etc.

madwi 04-22-2018 03:19 PM

Of course I found them after I ordered 8 :icon17:

madwi 04-22-2018 03:19 PM

Hyperspace yourself to my place and install my backer board on the bathroom floor.

Well........I got the grass cut and some yard work done. Winter clean-up.

Ever get done with a job and just know you are missing something? I went back out to the garage and sure as ****, there was a gasket for the intake manifold on the shelf.

What a gorgeous day today. First warm weekend this spring in Minnesota. Took full advantage!

Installed my Takatas, a fire extinguisher, last of my carbon fiber interior accents, a new shift knob, and a tow hook; put on new lugs and changed the power steering fluid!

Next week it is new brake time!

It was amazing here today too. Worked in the garage with no coat on and it was great.

Went pretty well considering the kiddo needed a nap near the end. Think my 70-200 lens is done though. Autofocus was more missed than hit today. Repair might cost more than it's worth.

Ugh, well, at least it wasnt all bad! and a worn out kiddo isnt all that bad of a thing.

madwi 04-22-2018 05:07 PM

I just pulled off the fujimura diffuser. Going to remount it with a better adhesive than the VHB tape, which pulled away on one of the corners.

madwi 04-22-2018 05:08 PM

I kinda want to look at seats, need to go on a diet before buying though. :icon17:

Pick the best stuff so we can be 1 and done on mine as well. And maybe take off the spoiler to remount it better since the right edge is lifting up.
