Come home one day last week. The wife started to tear the bathroom room apart. I asked what she is doing. She said that WE are remodeling the bathroom. :eek: So we have a new vanity set, toilet, tile flooring, and some other stuff all waiting to be installed be ME.

Well......................today we was going to Home Depot to get a couple of items for this project. Jump in the Power Wagon, pull out of the driveway. No problem. Hit the brakes to stop behind a school bus. Pedal went to the floor. :eek::eek::eek: Almost hit the bus. :eek::eek::eek: Looked under the truck. The brake line going across the rear axle blew out. :mad: And it's a 2008. New brake line will be here on Monday. Another project that I don't want. :shakes head:

She was so dirty from being in storage so I gave her a bath. 60* today and the sunshine felt amazing.

well boyZ and girlZ, after a prayer and a phenomenal bleed of my brake system, my Z is finally up and running.. the brake pedal feels smooth and consistent, no leaks..brand new brake fluid.. no indicator lights, no squeaks or squeals.. I still have a funky smell near the passenger side intake manifold, so I'll be keeping an eye on that, other than that.. I'm blessed.

We just went to Nissan to look at the Armada. The salesman told me he always felt the Z was a girlie car. WTH?

I know how you feel. Mine was on jack stands since last July. Just sitting there until Jan. When I started to work on it again.

Girlfriend loved it. She doesn't understand marvel movies well though. I thought it was just ok. But understand the plot that needed to be presented for infinity war to take place better.

I gotta admit, I was nervous as hell, pressing the brakes for the 1st time, even with it still up on jackstands, not knowing how the pressure was going to be, and then getting the tires on, I was still nervous, getting ready to drive it, hoping there weren't going to be any issues.. man, the lord was with me.. she drove great.

we're still gonna get a lot more driving in before I make the trip, just to make sure everything checks out.

I cant wait to get some fresh gas in it though...

I got the faking car out of storage finally! Idk if I need new tires, but I'm getting new tires. Re 760s should work.

Car is at 28k miles. Up from 19k miles when I bought it 3 years ago. Haha. And inspection isn't due until end of May. So even less rushing to do stuff!

Feels good to mod again. Even if it's just small cosmetic stuff.

Had a campfire going while putzing in the garage. I burned up a whole bunch of scrap wood and crap I had laying around. Didnt work on the Z too much but cleaned and organized part of the garage. I need to figure out a better tool storage system.
