just be flexible, dont ask too many questions (im kidding, you can ask questions, just not every 2 seconds) :icon17:, and just watch, take some notes.. because literally, I'll tell you to grab this, and grab that (tools).. thats the biggest way you'll be able to help me.

when you arrive, and the car is up on jackstands, lay down the tarps/blankets underneath the Z, we're planning on parking our (mr. madwi and I's) Z's outside the garage, and you'll park yours pretty much in the middle so we have a lot of room. I would tell you to back into the garage, that natural sunlight in the engine bay will work to our advantage.

No worries. Watch and learn. I do want to attempt 1 cat myself. Exhaust I already have a basic grasp of. Oil cooler I will simply watch and help when asked. I have no clue pertaining to that kind of stuff.

Fog light, I just would like to learn wiring a bit better.

Mr. Madwi said to just use his tarps. I just pray it isn't raining when I come....

His wiring is like my cooking. Skilled in different areas. Being able to make a paste from garlic using just a chefs knife is always fun to impress people with.

What's on the agenda? I can be a good cheerleader!! I honestly wouldn't mind just coming out for some fireworks shopping, a good cheesesteak, and an overnight stay at the weathervein hotel in Lancaster.

Hell, I'll go hangout with JLarson and go to Green Dragon market.

eastwest2300 04-12-2018 02:34 PM

eastwest2300 04-12-2018 02:35 PM

Finding lodging and getting the time off would be a pain at this point.

Leingod 04-12-2018 02:39 PM

The GF would want to come as well and couldn't get more than 2 days off. No vacation this year for her since she started a new job.

I just can't this year. Spent to much already on parts. Next year is a certainty. I already have Madwi asking for reservations for next year when he goes.

I had it set aside to begin with. I just don't like to go over. I give myself a "fun" budget every year. Last year was taking the girlfriend to Disney. This year was car parts sicne GF has no vacation and I have tons of days to kill. Next year will be ZdayZ with a stop to OBX or something.

eastwest2300 04-12-2018 03:08 PM

nice.

eastwest2300 04-12-2018 03:09 PM

all right boyZ.. im off to grab Nismo, then up to Mr. Madwi's garage to hopefully finish this project out. Wish me luck.

Leingod 04-12-2018 03:12 PM

I only went over by $800 due to the tune. Wasn't really planning on it. But oh well. Not much more. A little overtime will chew through that bill quickly enough. Not a big deal.

Was just easier to spend this year due to no "real" vacations being planned. Sucks with the girlfriend only getting 1 week of vacation starting this November. Makes trips tricky.
