Very glad to see you make an appearance

It is chilly here this morning but suppose to turn out gorgeous. Was planning on working on the Z but it is a family members B-day and I forgot about it. I've been so busy it just slipped my mind.

Been broken. Few years ago I got a pinched nerve in that area and all the muscles on the left atrophied. Chest, back, and arm. havent been to my chiropractor in almost a year, so it's acting up more now.

Not to mention slight l5 issue and sacral torsion.
