I've had 3 jobs and am trending about a 3-4year tenure, which is about average now a days. I just get bored with the exception of my last job. Loved consulting because no matter how crappy it was, there was an end to the engagement. However, family life comes first over 100% travel/consulting life. Plus jumping around in my 20s allowed me to broaden my experiences (as well as pay band ) but I think it's time to commit a little more in my 30s.

I think I'll casually browse and stick it out here for at least a year unless I find an amazing gig. I'll see how the annual merits/bonuses and healthcare increases stack up and go from there. Who knows. I just want to drive my Z again
