Im smoking a full rack of baby back, a 4 pound top round steak, and a 6 pound pork shoulder. Using apple wood for everything at 225 degrees.
While that's smoking, it's a perfect day to get a haircut, detail the Z, and try my hand at paint fill of some scratches.
