Gf is bringing her Versa back to the stealership. Ready for this one? Whenever she starts the car, it makes 3 very loud bangs in the rear. Near the diff. I'm worried her transmission is shot. She brings it to the dealer and they tell her it's probably something caught in the exhaust pipe. Uhhh, wut?

Morning y'all. Had to work yesterday to make up for missing last Friday due to a staph infection. Still on an antibiotic though so I'm feeling like poo.

I do, but it comes with the understanding that they get billed for an 8 hour day at double time & a half. Doesn't matter if the call is 5 minutes or an hour, they pay for an 8 hour day. :tup:

So apparently the Nissan tech at the moron dealership claims someone backed into her exhaust. That was what caused the loud banging noises at startup apparently. I am calling complete ********. Her exhaust hides UNDER the freaking rear bumper. No other damage anywhere and the sound magically started happening after she brought it to them originally for another issue....
