Holy crap, no contractor tonight. The office is quiet. To-do list says I can either complete it all tonight or split it between the next two days. Of course I am going to complete it all in a couple hours and then do nothing for the rest of TWO shifts! :rock:

Finished smoking a dozen eggs for deviled eggs tomorrow. Used apple wood.

Now the smoker is prepped and waiting for another full rack of ribs and a London broil tomorrow morning. Maple smokehouse rub on the ribs and a white ale rub on the broil.
