It's a christmas miracle! I just closed all tickets in my system! Have only accomplished that a few times in my life and never just by myself.

All of our systems stayed up and running. :tup: We moved over to generator power. Unfortunately the air chillers died so my communications closets started to get really toasty. Had to prop the doors open and have maint go to home depot and buy 15 fans to try and get the hot air out of them. I am guessing we will be buying a cooling system for them in the future.

The lowest our queue has been is 32 I believe :icon17:

The real pisser is I got home and had to go all the way back to work to drop off the storage room key I took home. :mad:
