Lein, you know there are well-qualified, hot chicks out there. The challenge is, you can't ask for newds during the interview process...
 Best tip I can offer is to read through them all and sort by simple yes they can do the job or no they can't. Then sort the 'yes' pile by length of experience. Odds are in your favor that you will get someone competent & cute....  Just don't tell the gf you hired some hot chick.... might be bad....
