It is a panel adhesive, just not an epoxy. So it will hold like hell but still has a degree of flex (not remotely noticeable) in case you ever want to take it off with anything less than a sawzall

yeah I was looking and most are like dries to steel in 4 hours! uhhh, not what I was looking for
