Could we get an HVAC unit that doesn't sound like Godzilla is stomping around upstairs all day instead though?

Like really, they have this unit so oversized it comes on for 30 seconds, makes all the ductwork overheat and expand (BANG BANG BANG) and then it shuts off for about a minute (more BANG BANG BANG when the ducts cool) and then rinse and repeat, ALL ******* DAY.
