Ok, need some help. I'm going to have a stack of resumes dropped off to me soon to look through for a part-time help desk position to work alongside me. Basic stuff. Repalce toner, run malware scans, move PC's, etc. I've never had to be the interviewer before or even read over resumes. Any tips on what to ask, look for, or do?

The sad realization that I am already buried and need someone functional besides being hot is a reminder of me getting old. 5 years ago, i'd be asking for the biggest, blondest legal teen. Now, i just want someone who will make my job easier.

Lein, you know there are well-qualified, hot chicks out there. The challenge is, you can't ask for newds during the interview process...

Best tip I can offer is to read through them all and sort by simple yes they can do the job or no they can't. Then sort the 'yes' pile by length of experience. Odds are in your favor that you will get someone competent & cute....

Just don't tell the gf you hired some hot chick.... might be bad....
