delta lady at the DTW counter was terrible. some faking old lady told me to go to the kiosk while i told her i have 2 other guests with me dat need different flight plans i need to have delta adjust.
she kept insisting i can do all dat at the kiosk. i told her  u think im faking stupid? not falling for dat shitt after waiting nearly 30min in line.we head up to the counter and the nicer lady dere said ' yah, there is no way u could have done this at the electronic kiosk.'  see?
