I seriously wish I could work from home..... I don't even have to lift any heavy tv's!!! Just let me remote into my damn servers and peoples desktops/laptops to fix

I seriously wish I could work from home..... I don't even have to lift any heavy tv's!!! Just let me remote into my damn servers and peoples desktops/laptops to fix the issue.
On a side ntoe, the new SonicWall I installed yesterday is awesome. I blocked Facebook, country music, and YouTube for everyone but the I.T. dept. People will get permissions back when they start submitting tickets for issues instead of calling me and wasting my time.
