Can't beat a beef tenderloin marinated in ginger and peppers then blackened on the grill.
Need to find a recipe for that marinate so I can make it at home

Back home in Silicon Valley - California we have a few Thai buffet's..

They have almost every Thai dish and then some :tup:

We are nearing the end of the windy city stay, tomorrow off to tulsa, OK. We got the CX-9 inspected and oil changed, along with an alignment, car wash, tire rotation, and new front lower control arms from a random recall we didn't know of. But all is well now!!!!!
