Drive in NY for a day and you'll wonder how some of these idiots are allowed to drive. Apparently signaling is only a suggestion here. There's rarely a day when I don't have a close call with someone cutting me off without signaling. At least they changed the law to punish those who use cellphones while driving with points now. Small start, but at least it's a start.
