Relocated the outside temp sensor on my DD to behind the front grille so it can read fresh air. Stupid Honda put the sensor behind the front plate then allows the user to offset the temp reading +/- 5* and puts in the owners manual that readings will be off due to engine heat (duh). I had mine set to -5* offset and it still read 3-5* high after the vehicle was at steady speed for 10+ minutes. Looked at temp sensor location of my Z and my Wife's Rav4 and quickly realized Honda picked the worst spot. I moved it literally 2inches, reset offset to 0* and BAM, correct readings.
