The lemon law has so many loopholes, I'm not sure you'll get anywhere with actually hiring lawyer anyway. I wouldn't waste my money. I say take the trade in offer,

Bad Car Deal
The lemon law has so many loopholes, I'm not sure you'll get anywhere with actually hiring lawyer anyway. I wouldn't waste my money. I say take the trade in offer, get a better car, eat the $900 difference and move on. Sell the car in a year and be done with this dealership. You said you wanted less stress right?
