Good day today. New light fixtures showed up, so had to hang them right away. I need to order a few more fixtures, one more for the ceiling and a couple for the side wall and the front of the car Going to be bright in there!
Hit up the body shop to get a quote on color match door handles and clearing the hood. The hood has one blemish on the corner and he said he might be able to tint the clear and blend it in a bit to at least make it not as noticeable. |

I need to see pics of this. On certain colors I do not like the silver handles much & have seen them color matched (or done black) and I think it looks better. It's not that I don't think they'd look good red on red it's just I don't mind them on the red and I'm curious if I will suddenly think that red Z's must have painted door handles. |

OK guys I think I should fess up here. I no longer own my Metallic Black NISMO. I traded it in last Saturday.
I'll still be around the forums... Because I traded it in on a 2015 NISMO Tech 6MT in Solid Red. Otherwise known as "the ugliest color" or whatever crap some haters are saying about it this week. Also just so everyone is aware, I have also learned that the spoiler is too small, the rims are ugly, the body kit is stupid, it has too much tech/equipment, how could they even offer an automatic transmission on a NISMO, it weighs 3500 lbs, it's not serialized, there is no wing so the car will literally fly into the air at 150 mph, and it's not even a real NISMO anymore. Yet somehow, even though this car is complete and utter garbage compared to the 2014 and prior NISMO, I was tricked into buying it. I don't know exactly what happened, but when I test drove it, it seemed like a Sport/Touring + Nav with a NISMO suspension and exhaust and Recaro seats, and a lower final drive. Of course we all know that what it really is, is an ugly overpriced travesty of a car that Nissan should be ashamed of. But happily, despite being hypnotized or maybe somehow drugged or brainwashed into thinking this car could possibly even be anywhere near as good as my current NISMO, I at least managed to remain composed and negotiated a trade in I was happy with and a great price on the car ($800 under Invoice). Which brings me to what I did with my Z today... Today I registered the plate. |
