Saw $3.96/gallon for 91 at Quik Trip here in Wichita over my lunch break drive.

What's odd is, is the prices I stated (3.95) are at a QT right by my house, but I can drive 10min to another and they'll be a nickel to a dime cheaper, year round and with just as little competition in the area.

They have to get creative when even they are embarassed by the prices they are charging.
